SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS

Portland Holiday Party being held on December 16th, 2014.

The party will be held at Chili’s in South Portland. Chili’s is located at 465 Maine Mall Road. To register if attending, please contact Jeannette at 207-695-3042 (can leave a message) by Dec. 10th. Bangor Holiday Party being held on December 15th, 2014.

The support groups are for anyone interested in learning about or is affected by pulmonary hypertension. It is for patients, caregivers, family and friends of patients who have pulmonary hypertension. It gives us, the patients, a chance to meet others with pulmonary hypertension; a time for sharing thoughts and fears; sharing hopes and talking about therapies available to us.
