Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA)
Another organization founded by patients, PHA finds ways to prevent and cure pulmonary hypertension, and to provide hope for the pulmonary hypertension community through support, education, advocacy and awareness. 10% of all contributions to Uphill Journeys go to support PHA’s incredible work fighting PH, or PAH, and supporting patients, caregivers and physicians all around the world.
